How Credits Work
- Each AI response uses credits based on the conversation length
- Credits are deducted from your balance automatically
- You can monitor usage in real-time in your dashboard
Open Beta
Everyone who signs up during open beta gets the Insider plan free: 100 conversations per month with all features. No credit card is required.
Paid Plans — Coming Soon
Starter (£19/month), Pro (£49/month), and Business (£99/month) are planned for higher conversation volumes after beta. They are not currently for sale. Visit our pricing page for the latest status.
Top-Up Credits
Need more credits outside your plan? You can purchase additional credits anytime:
- Go to Billing in your dashboard
- Click "Top Up Credits"
- Enter the amount
- Complete payment
Viewing Usage
Track your usage in the dashboard:
- Total credits used this period
- Credits remaining
- Usage by widget
- Daily/weekly/monthly trends
FAQ
Q: What happens if I run out of credits? A: The widget will continue to load, but the AI won't be able to respond to messages until you top up credits or your subscription renews.
Q: Do credits roll over? A: Yes, unused credits carry over month to month.
